Appointments

The Appointments tab shows all your scheduled and past clinical visits. You can view details, prepare for upcoming appointments, and review post-visit summaries.


Viewing Upcoming Appointments

  1. Tap the Appointments tab.

  2. The Upcoming section lists all future appointments sorted by date.

  3. Each appointment card shows:

    • Provider name and specialty

    • Date, time, and location

    • A countdown (“in 3 days”)

    • Appointment type (e.g. “Follow-up”, “Annual Check”, “Specialist Referral”)


Appointment Details

Tap any appointment card to open its detail view:

  • Provider – full name, designation, and clinic

  • When and where – date, time, facility name, and address

  • Reason for visit – the stated purpose on the appointment

  • Pre-Visit Summary – an AI-generated brief of your health status (see below)

  • What to bring – a checklist of documents, referral letters, or fasting requirements if applicable


Pre-Visit Summary

For appointments scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, the AI generates a Pre-Visit Summary automatically. It appears in the appointment detail view under the AI Summary section and includes:

  • A plain-language overview of your health since the last visit

  • Medications you are currently on (and any adherence gaps)

  • Recent biometric trends

  • Questions suggested by the AI for you to raise with your doctor


Appointment Reminders

You will receive push notifications:

  • 48 hours before – reminder with appointment details

  • 1 hour before – final reminder

To adjust notification timing, go to Settings > Appointment Reminders.


Past Appointments

Scroll down or tap Past to see completed visits:

  • Encounter date and provider

  • Visit notes (if your care team has shared them)

  • Any follow-up instructions

  • Post-visit AI summary (where available)


Requesting Appointments

Currently, new appointment requests are handled directly through your clinic. Use the Chat tab to contact your care team, or call your clinic directly.
