# Medication Tracking The **Medications** tab helps you stay on top of your prescribed medications with a daily schedule, dose confirmation, adherence tracking, and smart reminders. --- ## Your Medication Schedule 1. Tap the **Medications** tab. 2. You will see today's doses grouped by time: **Morning**, **Midday**, **Evening**, **Bedtime**. 3. Each medication card shows: - Drug name and strength - Instructions (e.g. "Take with food") - Scheduled time - Status: **Due**, **Taken**, or **Missed** --- ## Confirming a Dose 1. Tap a medication card marked **Due**. 2. Tap **Mark as Taken**. 3. The card turns green and the time of confirmation is logged. You can also confirm directly from the Home screen reminder cards. --- ## Missed Doses If a dose is not confirmed within 2 hours of its scheduled time, its status changes to **Missed** and you receive a push notification. ```{note} For missed doses, always follow your doctor's instructions. Do not double-dose without medical advice. The AI can answer general questions about what to do -- tap the **Chat** tab and ask. ``` --- ## Adherence Score At the top of the Medications screen, a **Weekly Adherence** percentage shows what proportion of your scheduled doses you have confirmed in the past 7 days. | Score | Status | |---|---| | 80% and above | On track | | 60-79% | Needs attention | | Below 60% | Please talk to your care team | Your care team can see this score and may follow up if adherence drops significantly. --- ## Medication Details Tap the information icon on any medication card to view: - **Indication** -- what the medication is for - **Dosage instructions** -- full directions from your prescription - **Common side effects** - **Drug interactions** (AI-generated, for reference only) --- ## Reminders The app sends push notifications as reminders: - **30 minutes before** each scheduled dose - **2 hours after** a missed dose To adjust reminder timing, go to **Settings > Medication Reminders**. --- ## Viewing History Scroll down in the Medications tab or tap **History** to see all dose records for the past 30 days, including confirmed times and missed entries.
