# AI Chat and Health Insights The Med-SEAL Patient Portal includes an **AI health assistant** powered by six specialised agents. You can ask health questions, get medication explanations, discuss your vitals, and receive tailored lifestyle advice -- in English, Chinese, Malay, or Tamil. --- ## Starting a Chat 1. In the Patient Portal app, tap the **Chat** tab at the bottom. 2. Type your message in the text box and tap **Send**. 3. The AI will respond within a few seconds. --- ## What You Can Ask The AI assistant is designed for health-related conversations.
